SALTY Yoga & Guided Meditation — $35 (Cash Only Event)
Join Co-hosts Amanda Miller, CYT and Linda Printz, LMT in the SALT cave for an hour of caring not only for your physical body, but your mind as well. The beginning half of the class will be gentle yoga...concentrating on moving our bodies slowly and mindfully.The second half of the class will be a guided meditation for relaxation. The entire hour you will be receiving the healing benefits of halo therapy in the salt cave.
